CANCELLATION POLICY
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-show and/or cancelled appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total at the time of checkout. If the appointment is cancelled or no-showed, the fee is held as a non-refundable retainer under any circumstances.
